Return Policy

Our return policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Please note that assembled items are non-returnable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.

Certain goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable items (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, heavy-duty items, quads, fuel and electric buggies, and scratched or used products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as items not in their original condition or returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds will be processed once your return is received and inspected. You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Sale items are eligible for refunds only at regular prices; sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping: To return your product, please mail it to Pals Play

Al Khoori, Al Qusais Dubai United Arab Emirates. You are responsible for the shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
